An easy method to organize old family photos using archival materials

Have a box of old family photos you're not sure how to preserve? That was my family's dilemma when my mother presented us with a banker's box full of yellow envelopes stuffed with old photos we didn't even know existed. We found a good source of archival supplies, but so many choices! We had to experiment to find the most efficient and attractive way to organize the photos and documents of various sizes. Here's an example of our end product.
