An easy method to organize old family photos using archival materials

Have a box of old family photos you're not sure how to preserve? That was my family's dilemma when my mother presented us with a banker's box full of yellow envelopes stuffed with old photos we didn't even know existed. We found a good source of archival supplies, but so many choices! We had to experiment to find the most efficient and attractive way to organize the photos and documents of various sizes.
